Recently, Alucosuper embossed aluminum coil is a kind of advanced embossed product, with stable quality and high recall form customers in China. Nowadays we could provide the products of rhombic pattern, orange pattern, diamond pattern, five-bar tendon pattern and so on. And the materials come from PVDF coating aluminum coil, PE coating aluminum coil, oxidized aluminum coil, mill aluminum, wire aluminum coil and so on. Specifications: thickness of 0.3-0.6mm, width of less than 1300mm.
After being embossed, aluminum coil features with elegant appearance, good streamline and high stereo perception. Embossed aluminum coil not only could improve the thickness of 0.1-0.25mm, but also could strengthen its intension and steel feature, without affecting the former properties of the appearance.
Embossed aluminum coil have a wide usage, mainly in exterior and interior decoration, refrigerator, decorative aluminum products, package, ventilating tube of center air conditioner, shells of mechanic facility and so on. It is a very newly decorative material.
Now we have two sets of production lines. One is the simple one: machine uncoils then machine embosses, machine coils to emboss, conveniently. The other is the composite line: lay the embossed machine on the coating line, making the two processes together. When the coated aluminum coil needs to be embossed, through hydraulic driving, close the up teeth and down of roll. The whole process is very fast, saving cost and without circulation.
